We do the heavy lifting

Already using another dealership management system? Switching to Commander is simple, and we’ll help you every step of the way.

Commander can import your customers, parts inventory, serialized unit inventory, vendors, and custom parts price files, eliminating hours of manual data entry and helping you get up and running quickly.

There’s no need to manually re-enter thousands of customers, parts, vendors, or units. Provide your existing data using our conversion formats, or let our team assist with exporting the information from your current system. We’ll prepare your data for Commander so your dealership can make the transition with minimal disruption.

What can be converted?

Commander can typically migrate your important list and master data, including:

  • Customer records
  • Parts and inventory
  • Serialized unit inventory
  • Vendor records
  • Custom parts price files
Transactional history, such as previous invoices, repair orders, and accounting transactions, is generally not converted. We recommend keeping access to your previous system for a period of time so you can reference historical transactions or service records when necessary.
$0 Best of all,
data migration is free
