Equipment Sales Tool


Commander can not only track and manage your new and used equipment inventory but If your customer wants to finance his equipment purchase, Commander can also be a tool to make precise payment calculations and do all your necessary forms printing.

When you have an equipment buyer who wants to finance, the Commander sales calculator will crunch the numbers for you as you make the calculations.  When terms are reached, the sale uploads to the Commander Forms Generator, where all the required forms are printed.  No more hand-writing or typing  is required!

Add the Sales Calculator

Add the Sales Calculator to your Commander software by purchasing a license then downloading and installing.  The Sales Calculator is launched from Commander when you sell equipment.  It features the ability to roll the payment, change the down and make payment comparisons as you finalize the sale with your buyer.

It will help you arrive at the monthly payment based on the selected APR, agreed upon loan term and other variables.  You have access to a “Deal Summary” tab that calculates and displays the profit on the deal before it is completed.

Forms Printing

When a sale is finalized in Commander, all the necessary forms are ready to print. Details from the equipment sale and the financing information exports to the Forms Generator.  Required forms are automatically filled out and printed.  No more hand-writing forms is required!

The forms are customized for your dealership.  They can include state forms, purchase agreements, bank contracts, warranties, insurance verification forms, invoices, etc.  If the one you need isn’t already in our library, we will program it add to your system.
